You can upload your service's logo, which is saved automatically on upload, with no extra button to confirm.

Fill in the general details — name, phone, address and tax code — which appear in the header of your documents.

There is also a bank details section (IBAN, bank code, bank name), shown only in the header of work orders so they are available to the client — they are not used for billing or for identifying payments on the platform.

From the Privacy tab you can export all account data: clients, cars, work orders and warehouse. You get a notification when the file is ready to download.

From the Team tab you add colleagues and set their permissions. Details on the Team & Permissions page.

Team members only see the settings tabs they have been given access to.

From the Contract tab you generate the service contract with Auto Service Desk, sign it electronically with MSign and upload the signed PDF back to the platform. The video below shows the whole process, step by step.

In the Regional tab you pick the country and the platform fills in the rest: currency, number and date formats, time zone and phone prefix. You can still change each value separately.

This is also where you choose the document language (Romanian, Russian or English) used for work order PDFs and data exports, regardless of the language each employee works in.

If the service is VAT registered, you set the rate and whether prices include VAT — the work order then shows the total excluding VAT, the VAT amount and the total including VAT automatically.

Every user picks the language they work in — Romanian, Russian or English — right from the side menu. The choice is saved on the account, and emails and notifications arrive in the same language.
