For every car you keep the make, model, year of manufacture, registration number and VIN.
Visit history
Most importantly: for every car you see the entire visit history — what work was done, when and with which parts. No more digging through old papers when the client comes back months or years later.
On the car's page, the History section shows all services and parts from the work orders in a single list. The list also includes parts sold directly for this car.
- Search by name or code.
- Filter by type (services or parts) and by period.
- By default you only see closed work orders. Tick the option if you also want to see open ones.
- Click a row to open the work order.
Service book: download a PDF with all the work, grouped by work order and with totals. The PDF uses the filters you selected. Tick Without prices if you give the document to the client without amounts.
